David Lightfoot has been composing since his teens, landing radio play from Steve Lamacq on BBC Radio One with his first band demo back in 2000.
He went on to write and record hundreds more songs and signed a number of recording and publishing deals with various bands – including indie chart topping acts The Fades, The Moths and Me My Head.
David has since toured the globe and his music has regularly featured on radio and TV, on shows like ‘The Hills’, MTV’s ‘Life of Ryan’, ‘Friday Night Lights’ and ‘Life’ on NBC, ‘Big Brother’ on Channel 4, ‘Match of the Day’, ‘Football Focus’, ‘BBC Rugby’ and ‘Wimbledon’ sports coverage and the ‘Test Drive Unlimited 2’ video game soundtrack for Activision.
Most recently working within the Film & TV and advertising realms – creating music and sound design for a number of big campaigns and clients.
