Steve Murrell started dj’ing back in 92, playing on pirate radio and promoting his own events Naughty but Nice. He played his own brand of hard edged house music.

This lead to a string of bookings up and down the country, and landed him a residency at Londons premier night Final Frontier @ Club UK. And then The Complex. The promoters universe also placed Steve in the main arenas at all their “Tribal gathering” events. This also lead to Steve making regular visits to the states for gigs too. Soon he started to promote joint ventures with other promoters like Screamadelica.

After 12 years behind the decks, traveling up and down the country and aboard, Steve decided to concentrate on production in his studio. Since then, too many records to mention have been released, remixed, commissioned, and with over 300 published library tunes, Steve’s experience is second to none.
After twelve years touring and a break away from the scene on TV and radio projects Steve is back behind the decks and in the studio working on a whole raft of remixes, new tracks ,live sets and exclusive radio shows.The past 2 years have been relentless, with release after release and now regular slots once again in london at Ministry of sound and Pacha amongst numerous guest slots around the globe.
